Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly refund or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase. We are willing to work with you in the best possible way, but the item(s) must be new and unworn, in the original packaging, have all tags attached, and must not be damaged by the customer.
For all returns/exchanges, you must contact returns@fanzzone.com for a Return Authorization and for instructions on how and where to return the product(s). Shipping costs are not refundable. It’s your choice, we can send you a prepaid UPS label and deduct $8.00 from your refund or you may ship the package back, prepaid, via the carrier of your choice. We recommend FEDEX, UPS or USPS Priority Mail for tracking purposes. Exchanges At this time you will need to contact us at returns@fanzzone.com for returning the items and then place a new order for the items you would like instead. Damaged/Defective Products Please contact Returns@fanzzone.com for further information. |
